IP Address, geographical and non-personally identifiable data is stored for a maximum of 2 years.
4) How and where does Ara Partners store your data?
Ara Partners keeps your personal data for as long as it needs to in order to use it as described above, and for as long as it has your permission to keep it. We are headquartered in the United States and have service providers in other countries, and your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations outside of your state, province, or country where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country.Data security is very important to Ara Partners, and to protect your data it has taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through this site.
All non-personally identifiable data is stored with Google and is collected in cookies outlined below.
5) Does Ara Partners share your data?
Ara Partners will not share any of your data with any third parties for any purposes other than outlined in Section 4.

Marketing. With your permission and/or where permitted by law, Ara Partners may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email, telephone or post with information, news and offers on its services. It will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that it fully protects your rights and complies with its obligations under the UK’s data protection legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
Cross-border data transfer. Some or all of your data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using the site and submitting information to Ara Partners. If it does store data outside the EEA, it will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We Do Not Discriminate. We will noy discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA, including by denying service, or suggesting that you will receive different rates for services, level or quality of service.
How to Exercise Your Rights. To exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, please submit a request on your behalf using any of the methods below.

We will contact you to confirm receipt of your request under the CCPA and request any additional information necessary to verify your request. We verify requests by matching information provided in connection with your request to information contained in our records. Depending on the sensitivity of the request and the varying levels of risk in responding to such requests (for example, the risk of responding to fraudulent or malicious requests), we may request your investor portal access credentials in order to verify your request. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf, provided that you provide a signed agreement verifying such authorized agent’s authority to make requests on your behalf, and we may verify such authorized person’s identity using the procedures above. If we request you verify your request and we do not receive your response, we will pause processing your request until such verification is received.
