Kevin Tian

Senior Associate, Private Equity

Kevin Tian is a Senior Associate at Ara, where he is focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in industrial decarbonization, as well as transaction execution and portfolio company management.

Prior to joining Ara, Kevin was a Senior Associate at RMI (formerly Rocky Mountain Institute), focused on shipping decarbonization. Before RMI, Kevin was an Associate at Court Square Capital Partners on the business services team. Kevin began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Nomura in the healthcare team, before moving to Goldman Sachs’ Cross Markets Group.

Kevin graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Minor in Business Institutions. He received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors with Distinction.
