Staff Assistant, Government Affairs

Emma Slusher is the Staff Assistant for Government Affairs at Ara Partners, based in Washington, D.C. She supports the team’s engagement with stakeholders and assists with policy monitoring, tracking legislative and regulatory developments across the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to her current role, Emma served as a summer intern with Ara’s Government Affairs team. She graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance at Georgetown University.
