Annabelle Berkman is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with over 10 years of experience supporting mission-driven and high-growth organizations. She began her career at The Bridgespan Group, a Boston-based nonprofit consulting firm, where she developed a strong foundation in people operations and organizational effectiveness. Since then, Annabelle has led HR teams at early-stage start-ups, helping them scale and build sustainable, people-first cultures.

Most recently, she served as the HR leader at 24M Technologies, a Cambridge-based battery technology company, where she guided the organization through a period of rapid global expansion—growing from 40 to over 230 employees. Annabelle specializes in identifying and closing gaps across the employee lifecycle, and she partners closely with leadership and employees to implement the right processes and structures to support operational success and employee engagement.
