Lance is focused on capital project delivery on Ara’s Project Execution and Operations (APEX) team. Lance has over 25 years of project development and execution and operations technical experience, primarily with ExxonMobil. He integrates technical, financial, and execution insights to assess project viability, optimize development strategies, and improve capital outcomes across energy, industrial, and infrastructure investments.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
